LINKS described the club as golf-only: no tee times, swimming pool or tennis, a walkable core routing with no housing and a caddie program.

The 412-yard 11th, the course's only true dogleg, is aimed at a 130-year-old hackberry tree.
The club's nine-hole par-3 course has no hole under 100 yards and one of 220; LINKS reports many groups play it after their round with a six-pack and side bets.
The club holds the Eagle Point Amateur Invitational each October, when the tee on the short par-4 7th is sometimes moved up.
The par-3 10th plays 186 yards from an elevated tee with views over the marsh and river, and marsh lines the left of the 9th.
Tom Fazio said of the 2000 design, "We took the land that was high and made it even higher"; the club, less than a mile from the ocean, grows heat-tolerant A-4 bentgrass greens.

Every value is shown as recorded in GNN's tour-course research (profiles, championship history, the tour's visits since 2017, stories, details and course changes, each with its sources). A value no source confirmed is left out; nothing is estimated. The light in the room is the sun's real position on the last day of a recorded visit.
The clubhouse is drawn by GNN from reference photographs; the photographs stay private.
