The course sits in the Olgiata estate north of Rome, an 878-hectare property named after the Olgiati banking family, who bought it from the Orsini in 1566. From 1930 the Incisa della Rocchetta family bred Dormello-Olgiata thoroughbreds there, planting woods before the estate was developed for villas in the 1960s.

Every value is shown as recorded in GNN's tour-course research (profiles, championship history, the tour's visits since 2017, stories, details and course changes, each with its sources). A value no source confirmed is left out; nothing is estimated. The light in the room is the sun's real position on the last day of a recorded visit.
