Rahm would accept penalties for a PGA Tour return
Jon Rahm has named his terms for a PGA Tour return: give him the deal Brooks Koepka got, and he will take the penalties that come with it.
Rahm said Tuesday that if he were offered the same deal Koepka got to return to the PGA Tour, he would be willing to accept the penalties, ESPN reported.
The comparison is between two major winners. [Jon Rahm](/players/jon-rahm/) won the 2021 U.S. Open and the 2023 Masters, while GNN's records list the 2023 PGA Championship and the 2018 U.S. Open for [Brooks Koepka](/players/brooks-koepka/).
Rahm says he would accept the penalties.
Rahm's most recent wins on GNN's list are both from 2026: LIV Golf Hong Kong and LIV Golf Mexico City.
