Final: Yang never trailed against Corey Conners; play was suspended by dangerous weather at 4:25 p.m. with Yang 1 up through 28 holes, and an 18-foot birdie on the 32nd hole put him 2 up before he closed out the 2-and-1 win on the 35th.
Semifinal: Yang beat Frederick Wedel in 19 holes on his way to needing 126 match-play holes, the most by a champion since 1979.
