What happened at the 1966 PGA Championship
No player broke par in the second round at Firestone, the only round in PGA Championship history without an under-par score.
It was Tony Lema's final tournament: after leaving Firestone, he and his wife were killed when their plane crashed en route to an exhibition in Illinois.
